Glass balconies bring light and openness to a property. We combine toughened glass panels with a steel framework fabricated in our own workshop in Fairseat, Kent, and fitted by our own team.
We work to your brief and dimensions, or to your architect's specification, and produce a design for your approval before any fabrication begins.

How much does a balcony cost?
Every balcony we make is bespoke and made to measure, so the price depends on the size, design, finish and the site itself. We'll visit, measure up and give you a clear, written quote, free and with no obligation.
Can glass be combined with steel?
Yes. That is how our glass balconies are made: toughened glass panels on a steel framework.
Do you work from architects' drawings?
Yes. We can fabricate to your architect's specification. We also produce a design for your approval before fabrication begins.
Can you make a staircase to go with it?
Yes. We fabricate bespoke external steel staircases as well.
How long does fabrication take?
Lead times depend on the complexity and scale of the project. We will give you a clear lead time as part of your quote and keep you updated throughout.
